1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Parallax AI Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Parallax AI Studio for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Parallax AI Studio
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Credits and Billing

Credits are used to generate AI art transformations. Free tier users receive 10 credits per month. Additional credits can be purchased or obtained through subscription plans.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your uploaded images. By using our service, you grant Parallax AI Studio a license to process your images for the purpose of generating lenticular art effects.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Parallax AI Studio to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
